Mr. Hall is an active member of the Executive Counsel of Homeowners (ECHO), the California Associations Institute (CAI), the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), and the American Bar Association section on construction. He regularly speaks at seminars and writes articles pertaining to owners of single family residences and members of homeowners associations. Mr. Hall has served as the Chairman of the North Bay Resource Panel and has assisted in the organization of a number of chapter seminars. Mr. Hall has served as a steering committee member for the ECHO Annual Seminar and Legal Steering Committee for CACM, as well as speaker for CACM seminars. Mr. Hall has also been a guest lecturer for several years for UC Berkeley Extension Courses on Risk Management/Defect Litigation and Construction Contracts.
Mr. Hall specializes in the representation of residential and commercial property owners in construction defects litigation and also represents clients in connection with post-litigation repair projects, and owners of property in all manner of renovation projects whether the project started with litigation or not. Mr. Hall has represented numerous single family homeowners for all manner of construction related issues, including inspections, contract negotiations, repairs and remodels, and resolution of disputes with contractors, suppliers, builders and sellers.
Mr. Hall offers a full range of services on all construction related issues, and acts as a counselor and advocate as well as a litigator.
