Dylan D. Grimes has 6 years of experience handling cases involving homeowners’ association construction defects, breach of contract and construction disputes. His exclusive construction defect practice delivers important insight for our Association clients, providing a precise approach in critically evaluating construction defect claims and implementing effective resolution through mediation, settlement negotiations and litigation. Mr. Grimes maintains daily communication with association managers, board members, homeowners, real estate agents and brokers in order to keep the community informed and up to date on our association clients’ claim status.

Mr. Grimes recently passed the Hawaii State Bar and practices law in all Bay Area state courts. He has assisted with cases that won appeals in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the California Court of Appeal, Fifth District. He also played a vital role on a legal team that successfully defeated a Petition for Certiorari in the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Grimes regularly presents to groups in an educational capacity on issues related to contracts, construction and common interest developments.
